摘　　要：　介绍了一种反应灵敏、成本低、可靠性高的新型10kV环网供电模式及其智能化控制系统,无需通信设备的条件下实现保护与控制功能,达到了造价低、可靠性高、故障造成的影响范围"最小"、故障隔离时间"最短"、停电区域"最小"的目标。The paper introduces a new mode of power supply in 10kV loop network and its intellectualized control system with the features of sensitive, lower cost and high reliability. Under the condition of non communication the function of protection and control can be realized to reach the target of lower cost, high reliability, minimum default, sort time in default isolation and minimum range out of power.
