摘　　要：现代企业危机有其独特的个性,会给组织造成各种危害。但危机的发生又是正常的现象,进行危机管理是企业管理的重要职责之一,是安全且必要的。危机管理具有不确定性、应急性和预防性等特点,加强危机监测、预控和危机的处理是其重要的职能。完善的危机管理机制是企业摆脱困境的重要力量,危中有机,危机中实现创新与振兴。Modern business crisis has its unique specific property.It will brin g to business various harms.Anyway,the crisis is a normal phe-nomenon.To carry out crisis management is an important part of business management,safe and necessary.Crisis management has its characters of uncertainty,emergency and p reventative.Strengthen crisis inspection,control in advance,decision-making and put away crisis are its impor-tant functions.Perfect crisis management mechanism is an important force the business break away from hot potato.There are chances in cri-sis,we can realize innovation in crisis and realize busine ss revival as well.
