非水体系中磷酸镓大单晶合成与结构

摘　　要：非水体系中制备了GaPO4单晶,用X射线测定晶体结构的方法对化合物进行了表征.晶胞参数α=0.490 8lnm,b=0490 8lnm,c=1.1.106nm,α=90°,β＝90°,γ=120°.结构中的镓和磷均与氧形成四面体配位,骨架中的氧为二桥氧.无Ga-P连接方式,质子化的乙二胺阳离子未在孔道中.Single crystal of GaPO 4 was synthesized from nonaqueous system and its crystal structure was determined by using single crystal x-ray diffraction.The crystal structure was solved by direct method and refined by full-matrix least-square method and the crystal is triclinic,with a=0.49081(19)nm,b=0.49081(19)nm,c=l.1066(4),α=90°β=90°γ=120°.The〔001〕direction in which H 2 N(CH 2 )NH;cations aren' t in eluded.The sesults of XRD for the compound are given.
