摘 要: 对茂兰喀斯特森林几种不同生境陆生软体动物的物种多样性进行定量调查和采集,共获得4950号标本。经鉴定,得87个种(含15个待定种),隶属于2目14科36属。多样性分析结果表明:5种生境的物种丰富度指数dMA取值范围在1.421~7.345之间。多样性指数D的取值范围是0.662~0.850,均匀度Jsi为0.670~0.956。根据不同生境物种的相似性系数CC进行系统聚类,5种生境在相似性系数为0.226水平时已被归并为两组,即原生森林组和次生环境组。次生环境组内的物种数量与原生森林组相比平均减少88.4%。原生森林一旦被垦为农田或为建筑物所占据,其内原有的陆生贝类物种数量将显著减少,甚至完全消失。The species compositions and diversity of terrestrial mollusk, which collected in five different kinds of habitats in Maolan karst forest, were reported in the present paper. About 5000 specimens identified belong to 87 species, 2 orders, 14 families, and 36 genera. The results of diversity analysis show that values of species richness indexes dMA in 5 different kinds of habitats rang from 1.421 to 7.345; species diversity index D ranges from 0.662 to 0.850; and evenness indexes Jsi range from 0.670 to 0.956. On the base of similarity coefficients CC in Table 3, the five different kinds of habitats can be clearly clustered into 2 groups by the systematic clustering: original forest group and secondary habitat group. The total species of terrestrial mollusk in secondary habitat group is not 12% more than that in original forest group, just 11.6%. If the original forest is once thoroughly exploited, all the forest species and the species of terrestrial mollusk will decrease and even disappear.
