摘　　要：针对传统储运企业的发展现状,结合第三方物流在我国未来的发展前景,本文提出传统储运企业应向第三方物流转型,并详细分析了转型存在的优势和劣势,重点阐述了转型过程中应采取的战略和对策.According to the development of traditional warehousing corporation, combining with the prospect of the third party logistics in china, this article puts forward that traditional warehousing corporation should transit to the third party logistics. In this paper, the advantages and the disadvantages of the transition are analyzed and the suitable strategy are expounded.
