摘　　要：在我军实行装备采购招标,是装备采购改革发展的必然趋势.如何确保装备采购招标顺利、有效地实施,提高招标的效益、效率和效果,是必须加以研究探讨的重要问题;从优化竞争主体、完善法规体系、健全机构设置和加强队伍建设等方面,对我军的装备采购招标提出了几点建议.It is an inevitable trend of reformation and development of equipment acquisition to carry out tendering of equipment acquisition in PLA. It is an important problem to be studied that how to implement tendering of equipment acquisition successfully and effectually, to improve benefit, efficiency and impact of tendering. The paper puts forward some suggestions of tendering of equipment acquisition from the aspects of optimizing competitive corporations, perfecting legal system, setting up organizations and strengthening personnel cultivation.
