摘　　要：为了规范我军采办行为,提高采办效益;介绍了美军采办合同管理的现状;针对目前我军装备采购合同管理工作中存在的问题,以美军采办合同管理为参照,汲取其带有共性的先进经验,对我军的合同管理制度改革提出了对策和建议,为我军合同管理工作提供了有益的借鉴.In order to restrict our army~′s acquisition action and improve its benefits, the paper introduces the present condition of acquisition contract management of American army, and aims at the problem existing in the equipment-purchasing contract management of our army at present, assimilates its advanced experience according to acquisition contract management of American army, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about the reform of contract management system of our military, and offers beneficial experience for our military contract management.
