调整我国居民收入分配的若干政策建议

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国的收入分配制度和收入分配关系发生了很大变革,居民的收入差别逐渐扩大。这种收入分配差别的扩大打破了旧有的平均主义,同时提高了效率,促进了经济的增长。然而差别过大,则会引起人们的不满或造成社会的动荡,从而阻碍经济的发展。所以研究收入分配差别的现状,克服和防止收入分配领域里一些不正常现象的出现和蔓延,建立新的利益分配格局,一定会对发展与改革的顺利推进产生积极影响。Since the opening and reform in our country, great changes have taken place in income distribution system and income distribution relation. With the changes of systems and the rapid development of economy, people's income difference gradually enlarges.The enlargement breaks the old average situation and improves efficiency and develops economy. But if the difference is too large, it will cause people's di-satisfaction and the society's riots and therefore hinder the economy's development. We should study the situation of income distribution difference, prevent the appearance and spread of abnormal phenomena, put forward some new policies of standardizing problems in income distribution .
