摘　　要：中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是我国的一项基本政治制度。执政兴国与坚持和完善多党合作和政治协商制度之间存在着本质的、必然的联系 ,二者之间有着内在的同一性。多党合作和政治协商制度是社会主义民主政治的重要制度保证 ,在巩固党的执政地位 ,实现党执政兴国的战略目标上发挥着独特的功能。为加强和改善党的建设 ,应坚持和完善中共领导的多党合作和政治协商制度。The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party is a basic political system of China.The ruling&rejuvenation of the country and persisting in&perfecting the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system are essentially and necessarily related to each other,sharing inherent identity. The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is the important systematic assurance for socialist democratic politics,playing a unique role in consolidating the ruling position of the Communist Party and achieving the Party's strategic goals on ruling and rejuvenating the country.For the purpose of reinforcing and improving the Party's construction,we need to persist in and perfect the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system.
