摘　　要：篮球运动是一项由若干个体参与的集体性运动项目,其攻防技战术是通过各个体互相配合来实现的,个体的防守水平直接影响着全队防守的成效。依据篮球运动的规律,结合有关资料分析研究,阐明了篮球比赛中个人防守的位置选择、脚步站位方法、移动步法、盯人防守以及紧逼防守等基本技术的运用,以此促进提高队员防守基本技术的运用能力。Basketball game-a collective event ,depends on each member player fulfilling its attack and de-fense strategy.Each player’s defense ability determines the defense effect of whole team.By analyzing rela-tive information data combined with the sport rules,the author illustrates the application of the basic defense skills in the basketball match,such as:the individual position choice,step positioning,step moving,man-for-man defense and full-court press etc.,to promote players’defense abilities.
