摘　　要：通过对芜湖县(区)体育工作现状的剖析,指出安徽省县(区)体育工作普遍存在懂业务、会管理的体育专业管理人员偏少,政府对体育工作的经费投入偏低,方便群众健身的公共体育设施不足等三个方面的难点;对县(区)体育行政部门提出三点对策建议:一是要树立“经营体育”的理念;二是要以“建设”为重点;三是要发挥好“服务”功能。This paper analyses the status quo of Wuhu County’s(district)sports affairs;and points out the u-biquity of three kinds of problems about sports affairs in the county(district)of Anhui Province:a lack of pro-fessional administrators who are good at the operation of sports,a lack of the government ’s investment,a lack of the establishment of gymnasium for the mass;making three points of suggestions to the county’s(district)sports administrations:building up the idea of“sports market”,laying the foundation of“construction”,exerting the function of“service”.
