脾虚证胃肠粘膜线粒体研究及其临床意义

摘　　要：本文报道用透射电镜观察脾虚证消化道粘膜主、壁、柱状细胞线粒体的变化,结果显示,胃脘痛脾虚型患者壁细胞线粒体数目比肝胃不和型和正常人明显减少;慢性结肠炎脾虚型患者结肠柱状细胞线柱体数也明显少于肝脾不调型和正常人;慢性胃炎脾虚者壁细胞、主细胞线粒体的体密度、数密度与胃热型和正常人比较明显降低,用健脾方药治疗后可以回升。提示脾虚证与消化道粘膜主、壁、柱状细胞的线粒体改变有密切关系。It is reported in the article that the numbers of mitochondria in parietal cells in the patients suffering from stomachache with spleen-asthenia are less than those with incoordination of liver and stomach and those of the control. The numbers of mitochondria in volumetric cells in chronic colitis patients with spleen-asthenis are less than those with incoondination of liver and spleen and those of the control. The volumetric-density and numerical-density of mitochondria in parietal cells and chief cells in chronic gastritis patients with spleenasthenia are lower than those of stomach-heat syndrome and those of the control.Herbs for invigorating spleen can restore the volumetric-density and numerical-density to the normal state. It is suggested that spleen-asthenia syndrome attributive to the change of mitochondria of gastroenteric mucosal epithelial cell.
