绿舒筋对带瘤机体的巨噬细胞细胞毒功能的调节作用

摘　　要：用^(125)I—UdR释放法研究绿舒筋对带瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)细胞毒功能的调节作用发现,一定剂量的绿舒筋注射液能显著增强数种带瘤鼠腹腔Mφ对P815(甲基胆蒽诱发的小鼠肥大细胞瘤细胞)的溶解作用。用药带瘤鼠组与未用药带瘤鼠组比较,前者Mφ对肿瘤细胞的溶解率显著高于后者(P<0.01).体外实验结果表明,其Mφ杀瘤细胞活性的增强,可能与药物促进Mφ接受γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)等细胞因子的活化作用有关。By means of 125I-UdR releasing method, the modulating effect of EM on the cytotoxic function of peritoneal macrophages from tumor-bearing mice has been observed, suggesting that Euonymus mupinensis (EM) injection in a given dose can significantly enhance the macrophge's cytotoxicity to P815 in several kinds of tumorbearing mice.By comparison, the rate of ma-crophage's dissolving the tumor cells was markedly higher in the groups treated with the drug than in those untreated (P<0.01). The results of in vitro experiment indicate that the enhancement of cytotoxicity is possibly related to the drug-promoted sensitivity of macrophages to the activating role of cytokins such as IFN-γ.
