摘 要:本文对100例缺锌患儿与健康儿童外周血诱生α干扰素(IFN-α)能力、自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性、发锌和全血锌含量以及它们之间的关系进行研究。结果显示:缺锌患儿发锌(57.4±6.2μg/g)、全血锌(5.8±0.9μg/ml),诱生IFN-α水平(1.82×10~6±5.02×10~4IU/L)和NK细胞活性(29.34+4.12%)均显著低于健康儿童(发锌: 110.5±8.1μg/g、全血锌:13.7±3.9μg/ml、NK细胞活性:38.42±2.21%,IFN-α效价:2.41×10~6±4.12×10~4 IU/L),其他元素铜、铁含量同诱生IFN-α能力、NK细胞活性之间无明显相关关系。提示锌缺乏可能是导致机体抗感染免疫功能低下而致使缺锌儿童对感染性疾病抵抗力降低的重要因素之一。Presented in this paper is a report of our studies on the ability of inducing IFN-a, the NK cell activity, the contents of Zn++ in the hair and the blood, and the relationship among them in 100 children with Zinc deficiency and healthy children. The results revealed that the ability of inducing IFN-α (1.623 4 ×106±5.02×104 IU/L) and NK cell activity (29.34 ±4. 12%) in peripheral blood of children with Zinc deficiency, whose Zn++ contents of the hair and blood (57.4 ±6.2 μg/g; 5.8 ±0.9 μg/ml) were lower than those of healthy children (110.5 ±81 μg/g; 13.7 ±3.9 μg/ml), were also significantly decreased, as compared with healthy children (IFN-α:2.440 5× 106 ±4.12× 104 IU/L, NK: 38.41± 2.21%). However, there was no significant relationship between the levels of elements Cu++, Fe++, the contents of Zn++, and the ability of producing IFN-α and NK cell activity. The above findings suggest that Zinc deficiency in children is one of the most important factors contributing to diminished immunologic function and reduced resistance to infectious diseases in children with Zinc deficiency.
