摘　　要：封闭式基金在证券市场的运作上遇到严重的挑战。封闭转开放成为大家关注的热点。文章研究了封闭转换开放的理由、个案和存在的缺陷,并对两种基金的投资价值作了比较分析。The close-ended fund meets the serious challenge on the securities market. Turning the close-ended fund to the open-ended fund has become the focus that everybody pays close attention to. This paper has studied the reason,the case and the defect existing when the close-ended fund has been transferred into the open-ended fund. And it has analyzed the investment value of the two kinds of funds comparatively.
