输卵管系膜内血管缝扎法在输卵管妊娠保守性手术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨输卵管系膜内血管缝扎法在输卵管妊娠保守性手术中的有效性。方法回顾性地分析2001年5月至2003年4月间在输卵管妊娠保守性手术中采用输卵管系膜内血管缝扎法和常规方法止血后的临床疗效。结果缝扎组止血失败率,输卵管阻塞率,宫内妊娠率,异位妊娠率均优于常规组。结论输卵管系膜内血管缝扎法有效,治疗效果好。Objective To study the effectiveness of ligature mesosalpinx blood vessel procedure in the fallopian tube conservative.Methods Retrospec-tive analysis the effectiveness of ligature mesos-alpinx blood vessel and routine method to stop bleeding in fallopian tube conservative between May2001and April2003.Results The failure rate of stopping bleeding,fallopian tube clogged rate and ectopic pregnancy rate was significantly lower than routine method,uteruspregnancy rate was signi-cantly higher than routine methods(P<0.05).Con-clusion Ligature mesosalpinx blood vessel are af-fective for fallopian tube conservative.
