论民营矿业在矿业城市转型中的重要作用

摘　　要：抚顺泰和煤炭开发有限公司于2001年1月由国有控股改制为民营企业,改制三年来,企业的生产经营充满了生机与活力,呈现出安置再就业人员逐年增多,原煤产量稳步增长,企业效益明显提高和上缴税金大幅增长的良好态势。民营矿业在矿业城市转型中如何发挥重要作用,泰和公司的体会是:转换经营机制,发展民营经济;股权向管理层和经营者集中;调整产品结构;关心职工生活,维护社会稳定。Fushun Taihe Coal Exploitation Ltd. transformed from state-owned to civil-owned in January, 2001. In the first three years after transformation, its production and managementave full of vigor and energy, and the number of payoff workers to be reemployed is increasing yearly. The output of coal is increasing too. The profit of company is increasing apparently and the paying taxes increase greatly. About how civil-owned mining companies bring into roles in the transformation of mineral city, the experience of Taihe showed that transferring running system, developing civil-owned economy,increasing the stockholders of the managers and runners,regulating the structure of production and caring about the employees' life and maintaining the society stability are the good try.
