脐动脉血生化指标的特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脐血生化指标及其特点。方法采集89例正常新生儿脐动脉血,应用全自动生化分析仪测定了脐动脉血肝肾功能、血气及电解质、血脂和心肌酶谱等33项生化指标.并与正常成人对照组进行比较。结果新生儿脐动脉血生化指标除Cl-、iCa++外,与成人有较大的差异,P均<0.05。脐血TP、CK、GGT水平与孕周有关,GGT随着胎龄的增加而降低(P<0.05),而TP、CK随着胎龄的增加呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。男女性别间各项生化指标比较差异无显著性意义。结论新生儿脐动脉血生化指标有其自身的特点,因此确定新生儿脐血各生化指标的参考值范围有助于临床新生儿疾病的诊断治疗。Objective To explore the characteristics of biochemical indexes in umbilical areterial blood.Methods 33biochemical indexes for89blood samples in the artery of umbilical cord,were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer,and their results were compared with that of adult control group.Results The values of biochemi-cal indexes in umbilical arterial blood were differed from that of adult but Cl - ,iCa ++ ,P<0.05.The contents of TP,CK,GGT in umbilical arterial blood were assaociated with gestation weeks,GGT were decreased and TP,CK were increased with growing gestation weeks(P<0.05).The results showed no significant difference between male s and femals.Con clu sions The biochemical indexes of umbilical arterial blood are of their charac-teristics,and their reference values can be helpful in diagnosing the diseases of new-born.
