摘　　要：海洋环境“数字化”对于海洋科学的研究和海洋经济的发展,其意义非常重要,而海洋环境监测工作则是实现海洋环境“数字化”的主要手段和重要基础。如何做好海洋环境监测工作质量的控制和管理,本文做了较为详细的论述,并对我国黄海海洋业务系统的建设提出了积极的建议。The sea environment digitize is very importance to the sea science researching and economy, the sea environmental monitoring is the main practice method and basis of the sea environment digitize. The article discussed how control and manage the sea environmental monitoring well in detail, it also proposed to establish the yellow sea operation system.
