摘 要:文章提出了新的基于脆弱水印的容错方案,编码端向量化系数Q-DCT系数中以数字水印形式嵌入特定信息,解码端检出水印信息以提高错误探测和错误隐藏的效果。测试表明,该方案能显著提高重建图像质量。此方案算法开销小,实用于实时环境,在无错情况下对图像质量影响小,适用于多种编码标准。Error concealment technology is widely used in video transmission against bit errors introduced by unreliable channels. However, facing various video scenes, popular implementations of error concealment based motion information is not smart, such as that of H.263 TMN8. In addition, effects of error concealment rely on accurate error detection and location. In this paper, a novel error resilience scheme is proposed. By encoders embedding special information in the form of watermark into assigned Q-DCT coefficients, decoders can perform better in error detection and error concealment with information retrieved from watermark embedded in bit-streams. Simulation results prove this scheme gain significant increase of quality of reconstructed pictures and watermarks introduce trivial degradation of picture quality in error-free conditions. This scheme has low complexity, can be applied to real-time application, and it is easily adapted to other video coding schemes.
