摘　　要：目的　探讨单独应用孟鲁司特 (顺尔宁 )治疗小儿轻、中度持续哮喘的疗效。方法　我院于 2 0 0 1年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月在门诊单独应用孟鲁司特治疗轻、中度持续哮喘患儿 ,其中资料完整者 4 0例。 2～ 5岁剂量为 4mg/d ,6～ 14岁为 5mg/d ,每晚口服 ,疗程为 3个月以上。观察治疗前、后哮喘的发作情况及血嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)和总IgE(tlgE)水平。 结果　 2 5例 ( 6 2 .5 % )未见哮喘发作。所有患儿的血ECP和tlgE均较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 )。未发生明显不良反应。结论　单独应用孟鲁司特治疗小儿轻、中度持续哮喘安全、有效 。Objective To appraise the therapeutic effect of Montelukast as the sole agent in children with persistent mild to moderate asthma. Methods 40 cases received oral montelukast (2～5 y, 4 mg/d, qn; 6～12 y, 5 mg/d , qn) alone for a course of 3 months, the blood ECP and tIgE level were observed before and after the attack. Results No asthmatic attack was observed. ECP and tlgE levels were all decreased after the treatment in both dosages groups( P <0.01 and P <0.05 ). Conclusion Montelukast alone is effective for children with mild to moderate asthmatic attack.
