摘　　要：目的　探讨下肢原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全 (DVI)患者体内血小板活化功能及其与疾病的关系。方法　采用全血双色流式细胞技术分析 2 1例DVI患者及 13例正常对照者在不同体位下体内血小板活化P 选择素表达及对激活剂ADP的反应能力 ,同时采用酶联免疫吸附测定法测定相应血清中可溶性P 选择素水平。结果　体位变化前后两组受试者体内血小板活化状态及血清中可溶性P 选择素水平的差异无显著性 ,相同体位下两组间差异亦无显著性。体外激活下 ,DVI患者血小板始终表现出一种高反应能力。结论　DVI患者血小板高敏性可能与该病的发生、发展有密切关系。Objective To investigate the platelet activation in patients with deep vein valvular insufficiency (DVI) and its relationship to the disease.Methods Anticoagulated peripheral venous blood from 21 patients with DVI and 13 normal control subjects in different postures were incubated with or without agonist and analyzed by whole blood flow cytometry, while serum soluble P selectin was analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results Circulating platelets were more reactive to stimulation with 1μmol/L adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in patients with DVI compared with those of the control subjects. There were no statistically significant changes in platelet activation which had not been incubated with ADP and in the level of soluble P selectin as the result of postural changes.Conclusions Patients with DVI have increased platelet reactivity which might be closely related with the development of valvular insufficiency of deep veins.
