摘　　要：通过对双向90°弯曲零件的冲压工艺的分析,设计了一种高效可行的摆动压块弯曲成形模,介绍了模具关键部分的结构,并讨论了弯曲零件回弹的控制。Based on the study of the traditional bending mould, a new and efficient design has been introduced, of which the bending mould with wiggling and pressing block is applied to press the machine parts with two opposite angle of 90°, with analysis of design in details and discussion on rebound control.
