摘　　要：针齿壳销孔的加工是摆线针轮减速器制造的重要步骤之一。因针齿壳像一个具有圆形齿槽的内齿轮 ,可以用展成法加工 ,但需专门的插刀。本文介绍了针轮销孔展成技术 ,给出了刀具齿廓方程、特点及其设计方法。Pinhole machining of pin gear housing is one of important procedures in manufacturing cycloid speed reducer. Because structure of the housing is like an internal gear with semi-circular tooth grooves, it can be machined by method of generating. This paper introduces the generating method and presents equation, characteristics, some design considerations and manufacturing method of tooth profile of the cutter. The method has been used in production and evident economic benefits have been gained in China.
