摘  要:2002~2003年 ,从辽宁省不同地区番茄保护地采集番茄叶霉病病叶 ,经单孢分离共获得叶霉病菌51株。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了各菌株对氟硅唑的敏感性。结果表明:在测定的番茄叶霉病菌中 ,中抗菌株占15.69 % ,高抗菌株占11.76 %。在对不同抗性菌株生物学特性比较中发现 ,高抗菌株和敏感菌株在菌丝生长速率、菌丝鲜重及渗透敏感性方面均达到显著差异水平 ,说明高抗菌株的适合度下降。氟硅唑与速克灵、嘧菌酯无交互抗药性 ,但与腈菌唑、三唑酮有交互抗药性。Fifty Fulvia fulva single-spore isolates were collected in2002and2003from protected fields in several regions of Liaonˉing Province.The sensitivity of these isolates to flusilazole was determined with the methods of mycelial growth inhibition.The results showed that the percentage of moderate and high resistant isolates was15.69%and11.76%,respectively.Significant differences in mycelial growth,fresh weight and osmotic sensitivity were observed in sensitive and high resistant isolates.This meant that the fitness of the high resistant isolate decreased significantly.There was no cross-resistance between flusilazole and procymidone as well as aˉzoxystrobin,whereas there was cross-resistance between flusilazole and myclobutanil as well as triadimefon.
