摘　　要：对电网黑启动的概念、黑启动研究的必要性、要求及方法做了阐述。结合广西电网的实际情况 ,在确定黑启动电源及对电网区域进行合理划分的基础上 ,经过自励磁、过电压和继电保护校核计算 。Conception ,necessary , requirement and means of the black start in the power grid are expatiated in this paper .Combining with the concrete situation of Guangxi power grid , on the basis of confirming black start power supply and rationally dividing the region of the power grid , through the calibration calculation of self excitation , over voltage and relay protection , the paper puts forward the feasible black start scheme in Guangxi power grid.
