摘 要:电子束法烟气净化技术是近年来发展较快的一项烟气净化技术。在清华大学核能技术设计研究院的电子束法烟气净化装置的实验基础上,通过对大量实验数据的分析,找出工艺中各种因素对脱硫率与脱硝率的影响。辐照剂量[D]、烟气温度[T]、含湿量[H]、注氨当量[α]、SO2的初始浓度]是影响烟气脱硫脱硝的基本因素。文章采用相关分析、回归分析的[CSO2]和NOx的初始浓度[CNOx方法,找出主要的因素,建立回归经验方程,以优化系统工艺,简化系统结构,预测实验结果。Electron beam flue gas purification method was developed very quickly in recent years. Based on the experiment setting for electron beam flue gas purification in Institute of Nuclear Energy and Technology, Tsinghua University, this paper try to find out how the technique factors affect the ratio of desulphurization and denitrogenation by analyzing mass experimental data. Radiation dose[D], temperature[T], humidity[H], pour ammonia quantity[α] and initial concentration of SO_2[C_(SO_2)] and NO_x[C_(NO_x)] were main factors which influence flue gas purification. Using the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper finds out the primary effect factors and builds regression equations to optimize the technique flow, predigest the system structure and forecast the experimental results
