摘 要:当溶浸液对矿石中有用物质的溶解能力一定时,决定堆浸效果好坏的因素则取决于溶浸液在矿堆中的渗透效果,对于高泥矿堆尤其如此.由于黏土矿物含量较高,高泥矿堆渗透性差,这必然导致堆浸效果差.为了有效地浸出其中有用矿物,必须改善其渗透性.从分析高泥矿堆低渗透性的原因着手,进而对改善其渗透性的机理进行研究,得出可从6个方面的措施.最后对各类措施进行了分类总结,并结合以上6个方面作了对比,得出堆中布液可较全面地改善高泥矿堆的渗透性,如将几个措施联合运用将能更好地改善高泥矿堆的渗透性,更有效地提高其堆浸效果.图4,表1,参12.When the dissolution of the leach solution is a constant, the effect of the leach solution filtering in the ore heap is the determinative factor to the efficiency of the heap leaching, which is more notable to the high-clay ore heaps. Because of high content of clay mineral, the penetrability of the.high-clay ore heaps is very low, which leads to the very low efficiency of the heap leaching. In order to get the aim mineral efficiently, the penetrability of the ore heap has to be improved. This paper comes to the conclusion that improving the penetrability could start with six aspects by studying the reasons which cause the low penetrability and studying the mechanism of improving it. Then classify the present ways of how to improve it and compare each other by combined the six aspects. With these, the paper finds that in-heap solution distribution is the best way to improve the penetrability and using two or more ways at the same time would raise the efficiency of the heap leaching much more. 4figs. ,1tab. ,12refs.
