摘　　要：目的 :研究刺五加叶皂甙 (ASS)对 型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素分泌影响及胰腺的形态学改变。方法 :应用放射免疫学方法对正常组和模型组大鼠 ,在给予 ASS后其空腹及口服葡萄糖后血浆中胰岛素变化测定 ;HE染色法观察正常组和模型组胰腺的形态学改变。结果 :ASS可增强 型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素分泌 ,对正常大鼠无影响 ;在模型组可见胰岛数量减少 ,胰岛细胞稀疏 ,排列不规则。结论 :ASS可以促进 型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素分泌 ,对胰岛Objective: To study the effects of Ass on insulin in experimental NIDDM rats and morphological change of pancreas.Methods: We used radioimmunoassay to measure the level of vein insulin after giving ASS to normal and NIDDM rats and morphological change of pancreas between normal and model group by HE staining. Results:ASS can increase insulin secretion in NIDDM rats,with no effect on normal rats .In model group,the islets were lowered and its cells were disperse with irregular arrange.Conclusion:ASS can increase insulin secretion in NIDDM rats and protect the islets β-cells.
