摘　　要：采用克泽普长效止痛剂肛门封闭加肛裂切除术治疗 期肛裂 90例 ,均一次性治疗 ,治愈率 10 0 % ,未见并发症。对肛裂的主要原因。Anal block therapy by using long-acting analgesic and Kezepu plus resection of anal fissure was performed to treat 90 cases with anal fissure at stage Ⅲ. All the cases were primarily cured without any complication. The curative rate was 100%. The main causes, the feature of pain of anal fissure,the analgesic mechanism of long-acting compound analgesic, etc. are discussed here.
