摘　　要：文章通过对徐州市家庭居住现状及购房意向调查数据的分析,对徐州市住宅消费未来的发展趋势作出几点预测,旨在为徐州房地产市场的发展提供科学的指导,从而促进徐州房地产市场的健康有序发展。This paper predicts the development trends of Xuzhou housing consumption in forthcoming several years through the inquisition data as to the residence situation and the intention to buy houses in Xuzhou, the aims are to give the scientific suggestions for the development of Xuzhou real estate market, and to promote its development healthily.
