摘　　要：西部大开发是中国经济发展战略的重要组成部分。西部必须从三个方面入手,建成具有特色的区域经济。即创立新的经济发展主体,建立特色区域经济发展的根本动力,构筑新的产业结构,培育特色区域经济产业支柱和实施新的块状形产业市场,形成特色区域经济地区重点。The exploitation of the western areas is an important part of Chinese economic developmental strategy.We must build a characteristic regional economy in three aspects.They are creating a new economic development subject to build the basic motive of characteristic regional development,constructing a new industrial structure,developing the ecomomic industriat mainstaying and implementing new cake-like industrial market to form the emphasis of charateristic regional market area.
