摘　　要：调查问卷以总编对杂志编辑工作的参与和评价为主要内容 ,共向 3 2 1位总编、副总编发放 ,回收有效问卷 2 2 6份 ,有效回收率 70 %。通过对调查数据的分析发现 :1)总编对杂志编辑工作的参与程度适中 ,且总编比副总编的参与程度更高 ;总编对杂志编辑工作的满意度相对较高 ,特别是对编辑的满意程度平均超过 60 %。 2 )总编对杂志编辑工作的参与主要表现在审定稿方面 ,对编辑部其他工作的参与度较低 ;对杂志编辑工作的满意度则主要体现为对编辑的满意度 ,特别是对编辑的工作态度比较满意 ;3 )进一步的统计分析发现 ,总编对杂志编辑工作的参与程度越高 。In order to know how the chief editors evaluate the quality of CMA(Chinese Medical Association) periodicals, the authors launched this questionnaire survey. Among 321 chief editors, 226 have answered the questions. The response rate is as high as 70%. From the analysis of the survey data, the authors find that, 1) the chief editors have maintained a moderate participation in editing work of those periodicals, and also got a relatively high satisfaction degree to the editors' work; 2) the chief editors' participation mainly focus on paper evaluation and selection, while their satisfaction mainly comes from the editors' qualified performance; 3) the factor analysis shows that, for those chief editors, the higher participation in the editing work, the lower satisfaction to the editors' work.
