摘　　要：研究了陕西各地市经济现状,提出“一线两带”与资源优势相结合的战略,并探讨了其可行性.关中以高新技术产业为龙头,带动制造业实现跨越发展;陕北以能源为开发重点,延伸相关产业链,把化工业做大做强.实施资源优势战略的同时要注重生态环境建设,增强全省经济发展的可持续性.Through analysis of Shaanxi' s level of regional economy, bath ' One Line Two Zone' and superiority resource were put forward and its feasibility was inquired into. Adopting advanced technology and development manufacturing and processing are inevitable choose in Guanzhong. On condition that environmental protecting and sustained economical development it is important exploiting natural resource and expanding chemistry industry in north of Shaanxi.
