摘　　要：本文简单介绍了超高压汞灯 (UHP)泡壳设计的原理及过程 ,介绍并比较了常用泡壳成形的几种实用方法及优缺点。从现有国内设备加工控制技术等现状来看 ,认为用合模法设计制造的泡壳成形机较为适合厂家生产需要。This article concisely introduces the principle and process of UHP(Ultra High Pressure Mercury Discharge)lamp bubble design,presents and compares several practical ways of typical bubble shaping and their advantages and disadvantages.Based on present situation of domestic equipment processing control technology,we can conclude that the bubble shaper designed and manufactured by close|mould method fairly meets the producing demand of factiones.
