重庆市江北区旅游业的战略思考

摘　　要：重庆市江北区旅游资源分散,基础设施落后,政府对旅游业定位不明确,宣传不够。为此,江北区旅游业的发展应实施政府主导型战略,从观念、政策、管理、资金等方面进行主导,加大宣传力度,加强区内旅游产品的建设。在近期发展中,着力打造四个旅游项目:御临河——华山休闲度假旅游、铁山森林之旅、江北农场生态与健身一日游以及以观音桥为中心的都市观光旅游,使之成为江北区旅游的品牌产品,成为重庆市旅游业的亮点。The tourism of Chongqing' s Jiangbei district has such characteristics as scattered tourism resources,backward infrastructure, indefinite orientation and lack of propaganda. Therefore, its development should be under the guidance of govemment in ideas, policies, management and funds.The departments concerned should strengthen propaganda and construction of tourism products and focuse on the four tourism projects:the first one is the Yulin River for tourists to tour Huashan Mountain, the second one is the tourist attractioi in Tleshan Forests, the third one is Jiangbei ecdogical faim and the fourth one is the metropolitan tourist attraction, which centers at Quanyingiao.
