摘　　要：以石化项目为例,介绍了在项目设计阶段开展可施工性审查的重要性及作用。同时,还介绍了开展可施工性审查的人员配备及职责,审查过程及设计审查清单。With examples of petrochemical projects,the author introduces the importance and effects of doing the constructability audit in project design stage,and also states some aspects of the constructability audit such as personnel placement,responsibility,audit process,and design audit lists.
