新显色剂CAF测定环境水中微量铁

摘　　要：木文研究了茨烯基荧光酮 (CAF)与Fe(Ⅲ )最佳显色反应的条什在PH =6 .0且有表面活性剂CTMAB存在下 ,Fe(Ⅲ )与CAF形成稳定的棕色配合物 ,最大吸收波长入max=6 10nm ,表观摩尔系数ε =3.16× 10 4L/ (mol·cm) ,Fe(Ⅲ )含量在 0～ 12 μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律。此法选择性好 ,简便 ,快速。用来测定环境水中微量Fe(Ⅲ )含量 。The best condition for the chromogenic reaction of C am phenal Fluorone and Fe(Ⅲ) is studied.Camphenal Fluorone is a new colour reag ent for the determination of Fe(Ⅲ)at PH=6.0 and in the presence of CTMAB.The appaent molar absorptivity is 3.16×10 4(mol·cm),for Fe(Ⅲ) complex at 610nm .The method has good selectivity and high speed,This method can be applied to determine trace Fe(Ⅲ) in enviormental water sample with satisfactory results .
