摘　　要：本文在分析了房产数据的类型、及其时空变化方式与特点的基础上 ,利用时态对象模型和时态关系模型各自的优势 ,构造了房产对象—关系复合时空数据模型。在该模型的基础上 ,还探讨了时态查询、房产动态变化分析等问题。This paper utilizes advantages of tense object model and tense relation model, constructs real estate object—spatial-temporal model of compound relation on the basic of analyzing the types and spatio-temporal metabolic mode and characteristic of real estate data. On the basic of model, this paper discusses the problems such as tense query and real estate dynamic change analysis.
