摘　　要：文书处理工作是高校管理中必不可少的重要环节。当前,高校文书工作中存在种种不规范的现象,尤其在实行分级管理体制后,二级学院的文书工作亟待加强。为此,文章有针对性地提出了若干对策措施,旨在促进高校文书处理工作的科学化、规范化。The treatment of documents is an inevitable important link in the ma nagement of colleges and universities. At present, there are some abnormal pheno mena in the treatment of documents. Especially after the practice of the sub-co llege management system, the treatment of the documents in the sub-college call s for the urgent intensification. Therefore, this paper makes no mistake to adva nce several measures to promote the scientization and normalization of the treat ment of documents in the institutions of higher learning.
