摘　　要：文章提出知识信息空间的向量化理论,以及网络资源定位导航、整合的方法和途径,并借鉴国际先进的研究成果,对海洋知识仓库服务平台数据处理和基本结构展开了实质性的分析研究,提出了具体实施方案。This paper advances the theory about the vectorization of informatio n space and the means and ways to locate and navigate the network resources. Bes ides, a practical study and analysis is made to discuss the data treatment and t he construction of oceanographic knowledge repository and knowledge service plat form by making use of the international advanced research achievements so that a practical program has been concretely formed.
