摘　　要：在当代中国民主政治建设进程中,政治文化发挥着极大作用。先进的政治文化是民主化进程的精神动力,落后的政治文化则体现为一种意识形态的障碍与阻力。因此,回应世界政治民主化浪潮的冲击,联系中国经济政治的发展实际,满足政治文化变革的根本要求,实现传统政治文化向现代政治文化的转型,具有很重要的现实意义。Political culture plays an important role in democracy construction in China.The advanced political culture is a mental impetus in the process of democratization.Instead,the backward political culture is a mental obstacle.Thus,it is greatly urgent to realize the transformation from traditional political culture to modern political culture,and to construct the advanced political culture.In the process,the transformation must adjust to the trend of the democratization of the world,connect with the development of economy and politics of China,and attain the natural claims of political culture transformation.
