摘  要:针对胜利油田油藏温度高和地层水矿化度高的特点 ,研制了有机交联剂系列。交联剂由酚类和能产生醛的物质以及添加剂组成 ,聚合物为部分水解聚丙烯酰胺 (HPAM)。聚合物和交联剂浓度均在5 0 0~ 1 5 0 0mg/L范围内时 ,驱油体系可以形成流动性好的凝胶 ,成胶时间和凝胶强度的调节可以通过调整添加剂和聚合物及交联剂浓度实现 ,成胶时间可以控制在 1 0h到 8d。根据地层不同部位进行驱油体系配方调整 ,在地层中起到堵驱结合的作用。通过试验确定了最低成胶浓度为 3 0 0mg/L的聚合物和 3 0 0mg/L的交联剂 ;成胶时间随浓度的升高而缩短 ,凝胶强度随浓度的升高而增大。Aiming at high temperature of the reservoir and high salinity of the stratum water in Shengli Oilfield, a seriels of organic crosslinkers was developed. The crosslinkers consisted of hydroxybenzene, material producing aldehyde, and additives. The polymer was partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM). The oil-displacing system could produce good fluid gel while the concentrations of both HPAM and the crosslinker were 500~ 1 500 mg/L. The gelation time and the strength of gel could be controlled by adjusting the additives and the concentrations of HPAM and the crosslinker. The gelation time could be 10 h~ 8 d. The formula of the oil-displacing system could be adjusted according to the different parts of stratum to act as plugging and displacing. The minimum gelation concentrations were the polymer 300 mg/L and the crosslinker 300 mg/L. The gelation time shortened and the strength of the gel strengthened as the concentration increased.
