益脑通络胶囊对内毒素诱导大鼠肿瘤坏死因子和白介素含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究益脑通络胶囊对内毒素诱导的大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)和白介素 2 (IL 2 )含量的影响。方法 :大鼠股静脉注射内毒素 ,2 h后静脉取血 3m l,离心取血清 ,测定 TNFα和 IL 2含量。结果 :益脑通络胶囊各剂量组与步长脑心通组均可明显抑制 TNFα的产生 ,与病理对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0 .0 5和 P<0 .0 1) ;同时益脑通络胶囊各剂量组与步长脑心通组也均可提高机体 IL 2的表达 ,与病理对照组相比也均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5和 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :益脑通络胶囊能显著降低 TNFα水平 ,提高体内IL 2的表达。Objective: To explore the effect of Yinao Tongluo capsule(益脑通络胶囊) on the content of serum tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα) and interleukin2(IL2) induced by endotoxin in rats. Methods: TNFα and IL2 contents were measured at 2 hours after endotoxin was injected through femoral vein. Results: Yinao Tongluo capsule groups and Buchang Naoxintong(步长脑心通) group all could inhibit the secretion of TNFα compared with control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01). Meanwhile Yinao Tongluo capsule groups and Buchang Naoxintong group all could inhibit the secretion of IL2 compared with control group( P<0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion: Yinao Tongluo capsule can decrease the level of TNFα, and increase the secretion of IL2.
