腮腺炎性脑膜炎脑电图分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺炎性脑膜炎病人的临床特征及脑电图变化。方法:对60例腮腺炎性脑膜炎病人的脑电图检查结果进行分析。结果:60例中广泛弥漫性异常46例(76.6％),边缘状态8例(13.3％),正常范围6例(10％),3例伴抽搐者,1例见病样放电。结论:腮腺炎性脑膜炎病人的临床症状与脑电图变化大致呈平行关系。Objective: To explore the clinical features and EEG changes in patients with parotitic meningitis. Methods: The EEG findings were analysed in 60 cases of parotitic meningitis. Results: The EEGs of 46 cases (76.6%) were generalized abnormality, 8 cases (13.3%) were bordered state, and 6 cases (10%) were normal. Among 3 patients combining seizures, there was epilepticform discharge in one case. Conclusion: The degree of abnormality of EEG was corresponded to clinical severity in patients with parotitic meningitis.
