摘　　要：网络空间具有虚拟化的特点,在网络空间中发生的犯罪,多数情况只是传统犯罪的计算机化或者说网络化,其本身并不具备虚拟性。但是,伴随着计算机技术的迅猛发展和技术扭曲使用程度的加剧,带有纯粹虚拟性的犯罪开始出现。对于纯粹的虚拟犯罪加以前瞻性研究,填补目前的刑法真空和理论真空,是当务之急。Internet is virtualized, and there cyberspace crimes take place. Traditionally, such crimes are just computerized,or Internet-converted. However,with the development of computer technologies and the wrong use of them, absolutely virtual crimes are beginning to happen. It is an urgent task to make research on absolutely virtual crimes so as to fill the vacuum of criminal law theories and practice in this sense.
