摘　　要：“剥削”是个敏感的字眼 ,但我们发展私营企业又无法超越剥削 ,传统的剥削必须消灭 ,但我们可以借鉴发达国家的做法 ,联系中国的实际 ,一方面正视“剥削” ,另一方面将其限制在法治的框架内 ,并使其升华为公平的契约。Exploitation is a sensitive word. But we find that the devel opment of private enterprises can not be free from exploitation. Exploitation in the tradi tional sense must be eliminated. But we can combine the practice of foreign coun tries with the reality in China, confining exploitation within the frame of law and making it a fair contract.
