用炉灰脱色剂对还原蓝分散红印染废水的脱色处理研究

摘　　要：以炉灰脱色剂对还原蓝分散红染料的印染废水进行脱色处理研究,结果表明,在常温常压下,炉灰脱色剂在5min左右可使印染废水(pH=4～14)中的红色脱除率达98.673%,蓝色脱除率达91.598%,使废水由深蓝色变为无色,废水CODCr脱除率达56.210%.本脱色剂不仅价廉易得,处理设备简单,操作方便,以废治废,对印染废水无需进行pH值的调整,而且炉灰经焙烧再生后可多次重复利用,减少二次污染.In this paper, the stove-ash was used as decolourizing agent for th e printing and dyeing waste water treatment in textile. It was proved by ours ex periments that the dyeing waste water can be treated by stove-ash decolorant.Un der the condition of normal pressure and temperature,10 min operating time,the d yeing waste water(PH=4～14)was treated,the decolor ratio of red and blue (dfestu ff) are 98.673%and 91.598%,respectively,then the waste water becomes from deep blue to no color,and the removing ratio of CODCr is 56.210%. the stove-ash wa s a very good decolourization agent for the printing and dyeing waste water in t extile. There are great advantages,when the stove-ash was used as the decolouri zation agents. For examples, the stove-ash,as a waste,is very easy to obtained, the equipment for the waste water treatment is simple and easy to operate,the t ime used for treatment is shorter than general, the stove-ash could be regenera ted and reused,it need not adjust the PH of the waste water for the treatment an d the cost of the treatment is low.
