摘  要:目的探讨血液透析(HD)患者营养不良的原因及护理对策。方法对在我院血液净化中心透析治疗的132例慢性肾功能衰竭患者营养不良的相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例蛋白质营养不良的发生率为22%,营养不良的主要原因有透析不充分,营养物质丢失过多,代谢因素,护理人员宣教不足等。结论去除导致营养不良的病因和诱因,合理营养和膳食能改善机体营养状况,预防并发症并提高生活质量。其中护理是一个重要的环节,应用整体护理程序,加强心理护理,提高患者的遵医行为,增加家庭支持,可大大提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analysis the cause of malnutrition of the hemodialysis patients, and to improve the nursing of these patients. Methods 132 patients of renal failure treated in our hemodialysis department were selected for this study. The causes of malnutrition were retrospectively analyzed. Results 22%of the patients developed protein cacotrophia. The main causes were incomplete dialysis, over forfeiture, metabolic factors and lack of instruction for the health care people. Conclusions The malnutrition in the hemodialysis patients could be treated by improving the daily diet, prevent complication and improve the life quality. Holistic nursing, psychiatric nursing and family support can improve life quality of the patients.
