摘　　要：目的 :了解钙通道阻滞剂应用现状和发展趋势。方法 :对 1995年～ 2 0 0 2年新华医院钙通道阻滞剂消耗品种、金额、DDDs和DDC进行统计分析。结果 :1995年～ 2 0 0 2年我院钙通道阻滞剂的金额年平均增长率为 2 5 34% ,DDDs的增长率为 17 72 %。用药金额前 3名依次为氨氯地平、非洛地平和尼莫地平。结论 :钙通道阻滞剂经过多年的临床应用 ,其作用已被临床接受 ,应用前景光明。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current situation and developing trend of the usage of calciu m channel blockers.METHODS:To account and analysis consumptive varieties, sum of money,DDDs and DDC of calcium channel blockers used in Xinhua hospital during t he period 1995～2002. RESULTS: The average annual increasing rate of sum of mon ey and DDDs of calcium channel blockers was 25.34% and 17.72% ,respectively duri ng the period 1995～2002.Sum of money of drug usage at the front three ranks was as follows: Amlodipine, Felodipine and Nimodipine.CONCLUSION: The effec t of calcium channel blockers has already been recognized after using several ye ars. The market prospects of calcium channel blockers will be wide and bright.
